Below is some information to help you prepare and receive:

🪴 Prepare your space to begin our time together seated~

In a chair or on the floor

If in a chair it’s preferable that it has a firm bottom and no wheels

If you’re comfortable seated on the floor you may like a yoga block or cushion to support you under your tail bone.

Choose and prepare your space for comfort and the least amount of distractions possible. Be aware of the lighting and temperature of the room. You may like to light a favorite candle or diffuse your favorite oil.

Please have some couch pillows and a blanket ready for meditation at the end of the practice.
